We're getting together this Sunday to raise vital funds to help support those facing cancer. We'll be selling cakes homemade by Flo's Tea Room at the gym from 8.45am-11.30am.. We'd love you to join us!!

Great gym club. Very friendly atmosphere. Coaches are extremely professional and very supportive and dedicated to their sport. All 3 of my children attend RSD and are very happy. Would definitely recommend club.
