Rules Of Play

Rules of Play was set up by three friends who, on discovering that Cardiff's only games shop was about to close, had a conversation starting with ‘Isn't it a shame there'll be no local games shop', and ending with ‘Why don't we open our own…' That conversation happened in March 2010; and we opened Rules of Play a few weeks later!
