Rumney Hill Tattoos, formerly Inciteful Art, is the culmination of years of hard toil put in by Jim Rozell.

Jim has been a professional artist for over 20 years, winning awards as both a tattoo and airbrush artist. Jim has clients and fans from around the world, stretching from Asia to North America. Although a proud American and native Chicagoan, Jim is very happy doing business from the UK, Wales specifically. Make sure you stop in the shop and say hello. He's easy to spot. He's the big guy with personality, attitude and ego overflowing. lol

Rumney Hill Tattoos is like no other shop in Cardiff and south Wales. RHT is a throwback to the tattoo parlours of the 70's and 80's. RHT is a street shop without ego or pretentious artists. RHT is about the experience.

Up til now, there has always been a definitive line between street shops, which cater to the walk-in client and the mass-production aspect of tattooing, and the custom shop, which produces well done and thought out work but strife with high price tags and mind-numbing wait times. RHT strives to bridge the gap. I produce one of a kind pieces, usually only seen from custom shops, on demand. If not the very same day, at least within 1-2 days. Some pieces, like portraits can be done with as little as a half hour of prep work.

RHT is open 7 days a week until 9pm.
