A lasting power of attorney ( LPA ) is a legal document that lets you appoint one or more people to help you make decisions or to make decisions on your behalf.

SA Lasting Power of Attorney is a small business based in the South Wales area that specialises in drafting lasting power of attorney documents on behalf of its clients. Our Consultants will conduct home visits on a date and time of the client's choosing. All of our Consultants have received DBS checks. Appointments can be made by email, telephone or booked using our online system. No payment is required until the day of appointment.

We do not work traditional hours of 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. Our business strives to be flexible, to meet the needs of our clients. Appointments can be made for any day of the week between the hours of 8am and 8pm.
