From a young age Carolyn has been aware there is more to life and creation than conventional Western thinking is prepared to embrace. Her spiritual path towards this universal truth has been long and varied. She has studied with many wonderful teachers, exploring many spiritual traditions. In the early 90’s a ‘sound epiphany’ at a sacred river was the impetus for her journey with sound and voice as a healing modality, She is passionate about this work and lovingly committed to encouraging people to rediscover their true joy and authenticity. . Carolyn is a qualified, experienced practitioner and teacher in many areas of vibrational healing and body work. She is guided in her workshops and one to one sessions, using sacred sound, voice, dance, movement, spiritual teachings, meditation, shamanic healing, body work, healing touch and intuitive guidance to facilitate healing and transformation. Carolyn is based in Penarth near Cardiff and offers workshops, sound journeys /baths, shamanic circles, woman’s circles, tribal gatherings and retreats throughout the UK and other European countries.
