Seems much bigger and open aisles than the one we have in our area

Hats off to all the staff today that made it in and stayed open. For the bakers who worked flat out to make sure there was bread of any type- thank you

Fabulous eatery upstairs really pleasant cheerful male staff member who goes above to please

Supermarket is spacious and airy everything well laid out 10/10

Easy to get round the store and they don't keep moving products to different places, plenty of good offers. Brilliant clothes and often have 25% off. The food in the cafe is always fresh and hot and the catering staff are always friendly. Would recommend this store

They have ONLY ONE coffee machine so when it needs filling you either wait or go elsewhere!!! Also this week the ONE AND ONLY machine broke down so the café was almost empty that day!!Today I was served a VERY WEEK AND TASTELESS COFFEE AND WAS CHARGED THE SAME PRICE!!!

Sainsburys YOU HAVE TO GET THIS SORTED OUT ASAP!!!!!

I think it's absurd you have "run out" of fresh and packaged croissants early on a Saturday morning (9am).... When another customer and myself queried this, the member of staff had the enthusiasm of a wet mop.

Dissapointed with the sausages as they overcooked,one egg was fine the other was also overcooked ala the sausage and the bacon needed more cooking

Table service was poor,no words were spoken and plates were just dumped on the table

As a regular shopper in this store I was appalled that the baby changing was closed ... I accept the toilet was broken but to lock the room was no good when you have a baby who has soiled .... I did ask for the room to be opened but was refused and told to use the toilet in Wilkinson next door ... umm what the floor!!! I resorted to sit on the bench outside and change the baby , so for anyone passing I apologise .... oh and the ladies toilet was disgusting as 4 young girls were running riot in there feeling very happy with themselves ...

If I could of given no stars I would of,

Firstly went for a spot of Breakfast and thought I know let's add Black Pudding to it well it came out within minutes meaning everything was precooked and sat under hot lamps or a hot cupboard,

Sausage was very over cooked the bacon was waifer thin I actually held it up and I could see my wife through it!,

My wife's had a mushroom I didn't that sucked as I like shrooms,

My tomato was half cooked,

The egg was ok as eggs go it tasted like egg happy days!

Beans were warm at best,

The toast was nice only because I put marmite on it,

WELL IT TOOK ME AGES TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THE BLACK SOLID HOCKEY PUCK ON MY PLATE WAS IT WASN'T UNTIL I TRIED TO CUT IT I REALISED IT WAS THE BLACK PUDDING,

It completely ruined my morning I woke up that morning after having a lovely dream about black pudding,



Then we went down to do some shopping I bought some JAM donuts as I fancied 2 or 3 of those jammy badboys only to discover later when I got home there was absolutely no JAM in them GRRRRRR!



as I walked past the bakery counter there was a member of staff mid 20s I'm guessing black hair glasses (Harry Potterish) walked past the cake display counter and blew his nose in his sainsburys apron then served a customer without washing his hands,

Totally disgusting!



I then left the store and thought we would wash the car at your jet wash paid in the garage walked over started to wash the car but only to find that there was no hot water or any bubbly cleaning products in there!



So it's clear to see you have ruined my weekend what with the crap cold and burnt breakfast,

Harry Potter lookalike guy blowing his nose in his apron and spreading who knows what!

Then the dreadful car wash,



I'm off to waitrose now to finish my shopping!
