Every Friday my friend and I have fish and chips for lunch at Sainsburys Colchester Avenue. Then we go shopping. The staff know us already and are so friendly and helpful. Also in the rest of the shop the staff are great. And if you need something they help you with a smile! Thank you Sainsbury Colchester Avenue!!!

A massive thank you to the staff of Sainsbury's who helped us raise over £900 from bag packing for our football club, the Cardiff Allstars.

When I delivered to the back door Paul was very helpful & quick. I was tipped in no time at all

Took forever to get a coffee and not a big que

Well the shop it's self is clean and full , but the time I waited for a prescription was ridiculous 40 minutes in this day and age , and it's not the first time from. Now on it's the high street for me when it comes to prescriptions

I love Sainsbury but those stupid self service checkouts are getting on my nerves now. The new ones you have installed are worse than the last ones. I have had 0% success rate of using them. Something is always wrong. Call for assistance. Replace the item. Put item on scales. The most stupid technology I've ever come across. Sort it out. Better still, sell the things and employ a few more staff to help on the tills.



When you complain, the staff think you're being aggressive because you've let out the odd F word. No, its not aggression, it's friggin frustration. I use the self service because its meant to be quicker. Stop wasting my time.
