Sainsburys Cafe Big Breakfast

For £4.50 this breakfast consists of two bacon, two sausage, one egg and portion of beans some toast and a tomato.

On this occasion I ordered a Black Pudding as an extra.

Fairly bustling morning on a Wednesday with a quoted wait time for hot food at around 30mins. Lady who took the order was OK to interact with but stern. I can only guess it was due to the increased footfall.

Food arrive hot on the plate. Immediately focus was drawn to the Black Pudding, which I can now see why is left off the dish as a standard item. Rubbery in appearance and texture, overcooked I would imagine which would explain the dry exterior and chewy nature. I could only manage half of it before giving up.

Food was hot and came across as a average meal. Sausages were juicy, the two bacon fused together in preparation the egg plopped on top and tomato looking tired and unwelcoming.

Overall it filled a hole. Sadly I think a trip to your local greasy spoon will do a better job with this and at a lighter price.

Very busy on peak times more so with Argos inside , Good selection of food and clothes and your a stones throw from Outlet shops.

The parking can be a bit of an adventure. But it’s a big store with lots of subsections, including restaurant, clothing, homeware, an Argos for some reason, chemists, photo development etc etc etc. It’s 5% - 10% more expensive than its local competitors. But they regularly have Pastrami which is one for the plus column.
It was really cold the last time I was in there and a lot of the customers seem to think they are Moses, expecting other shoppers to part as they stride forward on their far more important shop. They can get quite emotional when you correct this expectation.
But on balance it’s a good store. Just dress for the weather because the temperature is usually the same inside as outside.

Good access links to motorway. Just on the edge of a large shopping complex. Great place to pick up your weekly shop catch a movie and have a bite to eat. Plus all your other Sainsbury's favourites

I always find Sainsbury's a touch on the expensive side. They do have a great range of products though. Normally enough staff to have a fairly quick checkout process.

Good quality, good range, especially for specialist foods /alternative diets. Cafe is great for kids, nice squishy sofas.

I always buy my fruit and veg here because they taste to fresh good without a heafty price tag, I they also do own brand Almond milk . I give 4 stars not 5 because when you need help, the staff are kind of hard to find.

Excellent customer service. Staff most helpful. Trench coat purchased great value for money.

I don't know why but I just don't like this supermarket. Can'texplain it. it has a good selection of products. I'm just uncomfortable in there.

Staff who were genuinely happy to help me find a product. When I was using the self service till the lady was very quick and efficient at the times I had a problem. The store was at a perfect temperature and well laid out. I enjoyed my experience and would recommend Sainsbury's as the store to shop at.

This has been here for years and staff are always friendly, particularly the checkout guys who always go out of their way even if the place is rammed full.

I've only docked one star as the car park is a joke and a real pain to navigate, far too cramped but can't really see how they could change it due to the location of the site. I'll forgive this minor nuisance given the friendliness of the colleagues and good choice of offers and spotlessly clean deli counter
