Would like to say a huge thank you on behalf of all staff, pupils and parents at ysgol hen felin to Sainsburys pontypridd for donating a fab hamper as a raffle prize for our easter parades. Their support is very much appreciated. The picture isnt the best and doesn't do it much justice.

Well done Sainsbury's for tackling the problem of the boy racers who frequented your car park. I absolutely hate speed bumps, but in this instance they are a welcome addition! Having witnessed the reckless driving from these idiots on many occasions, it was an accident waiting to happen. It will make shopping a much more pleasurable experience.

This is my favourite store, the customer service is excellent, on the one occasion I had reason to complain it was dealt with by the manager efficiently and effectively. I am disappointed that there is no longer a fresh cooked meat display. I always bought my cooked meat there. It allowed me to have fresh quality meat available at home during the week as they always had a good sell / use by date. I can only shop at the end of the week as it is not a store I pass on route.

This is a large shop in Wales. Amongst large shops in Wales thatI have been to, I rate it as #1.

Thank you very much to the two lovely ladies from the Pontypridd branch of Sainsbury's, who attended Parti Ponty last weekend. My daughter was delighted that she could finish her Lego cards collection. What a fabulous idea : )

Sainsbury's does what is says on the tin. The store is convenient, the staff friendly and helpful, and the café, which I have blogged about on andyscafesociety on WordPress is usually good.

Not normally a sainsburys shopper normally asda or tesco , but I popped in on the way home from work, traffic was horrendous as usual in ponty and I thought let's give sainsburys a try instead of waiting in the traffic, and I'm glad I did I was shocked how cheaper everything was, I'm definitely going to shop here again .

I would like to thank all the staff in the Pontypridd store who came to the help of my 96 year old mother in law when she was taken ill in your store last Saturday.



She was with her friend who said how wonderful you were in a very upsetting situation. Thankfuilly she seems to be fully recovered this morning, so thank you again .

Have to say how impressed I was with one of your colleagues last Saturday. After a full day of Christmas shopping, my partner and I were amazed at the rudeness of some retail staff we encountered through the course of the day. However, I was then fortunate to come across Karen on your clothing department; Karen could not do enough for me and kept her word when I popped back in there Sunday morning. Amazing customer service right there. And all with a smile too. ���

Great store with great availability !!! Went on a late night shop and found everything I needed and helpful staff. I even git fresh bread.

Tu cloths were on offer at 25% off so picked a couple of real bargains as well.

A pleasant shopping experience, staff in cafe did seem a little under staffed but did well to serve everyone the best they could. Happy and approachable staff �

Met a friend there for a quick tea and chat waited ages in the que for 2 drinks! Staff were friendly but very under staffed there were full dirty dishes in the tray trolley I love it there but experiences are not great and should be a lot better please improve Sainsbury’s x

Had breakfast yesterday not the best. Beans cold and toast barely browned and a blob of butter just in the middle.

The online shopping has been disappointing. Everything fresh has to be used within 1, 2 or 3 days. I sent short shelf life stuff back. One of the green vegetables was delivered yellow. I emailed a Sainsbury's with constructive website feedback to improve things without reply. Very disappointing Sainsbury's!

Staff more interested in talking to each other than actually serving customers.... at tills not even in aisles. Even when serving at checkout carried on conversations.... beyond rude.

Product range good. Sadly staff will make us think twice before visiting again.

Sainsburys Pontypridd, sort your staff out. I bought 4 pasta bowls, served myself at self serve checkouts. Asked assistant at self service checkout for something to wrap the past bowls in 'I haven't got anything, go to Customer Service'. Stood in queue at Customer Service, no staff at desk. Lady came, she asked "Anyone waiting?" We weren't all standing in the queue for the sake of it! Have you got anything to wrap the bowls in, please? Man at checkout sent me or here. "No sorry!!!!!!!" SHOCKING Sainsburys. Train your staff to be polite. How can you expect to sell China and not have anything to wrap it in, she could have offered me a bag, surely.

It was the worse hunters chicken I have ever taste no bacon or cheese on it the chicken wasn’t cooked the childs meal was cold totally horrible food and the staff didn’t like the fact that I took it all back she was quite rude !!!

Customer service really bad today. Was turned away from the clothes pay desk and directed to pay for my clothes at the check-out. Till was open, ladies blatantly chatting and couldn’t be bothered, picked up a few things, one till open, sent to self serve (with hands really full and about to drop stuff), then nowhere to set stuff down at self serve, beepy thing not weighing properly, and self serve help came over only when I asked her to after 5 mins of waiting for the beepy thing, rolled her eyes at me and walked off without actually resolving the problem of things scanning twice. I have never had full on shoppers rage before but I’m ashamed to say I did today. I left everything at the till and waked away. 3 customer service representatives I spoke to on my trip, none were of any help whatsoever. It was the eye rolling that got me....

Asked to move to back of cafe by cafeteria staff as a manager doesn’t like people enjoying a packet of crisps with I already payed for. I’ve payed and I’m a customer so bugger off I’ll sit wherever I’d like in the cafeteria
