Well worth the journey to do our weekly shop WE GET EVERYTHING we need . The staff are brilliant so helpfull and friendly we end up having our lunch in Sainsbury s cafe before our journey home . Thank you Sainsbury Rhyl xxx

I would just like to thank the amazing staff at the cafe who blended my little boy's dinner for him as he is unable to eat a normal diet.

I am a wheel chair user. Today my partner and i where really helped by your ever so helpful emploee Ed. Your blue card car parking is located up a hill from the store, Ed saw we needed a helping hand and jumped to help. Thanks Ed keep up the great work ☺

Good shoping experience at sainsburys supermarket many items stocked nice helpfull friendly staff thank you Lynn helping me find things shopping for today fab caffe open 7 to 7.. shop till 10 pm on an estate sainsburys petrol stn to +others shops eg currys b+q etc.

Fab store but disappointed today as no tokens available for us today for our chosen charity . Wanted to put in for The Osborne Trust

Big thank you to the lady in the bakery dept that recommended Bara Brith cake to me on Saturday when I was looking for parkin cake , omg it's gorgeous, dread to think how many calories I've eaten as the cake has nearly gone in 2 days x

5 star loads of staff shelves full walked straight thru check out . Long sell by date on items which is the major bug bear with me brill

We have visited last 2 Friday tea time and Fish and chips sold out both times ! My food was ok but my husbands cottage pie was Luke warm . Which was disappointing. Since it wasn't even busy . . But every thing else good 😊

I started to do one line shopping from Sainsbury's after I broke my arm last month. At first I found this fantastic and having my groceries brought right into my kitchen was wonderful....I was impressed. The web site was easy to use the delivery times accurate and the drivers were so helpful. But I was warned by people that supermarkets off loaded their short dated fresh foods on to unsuspecting online shoppers...I did not believe this, as it seemed to me to be a very short sighted thing to do...

Then it started happening.. Last week a large bag of potatoes one day left on the best before date .. The potatoes were full of blights and black bruises...

The this week's order contained a Papaya £1.25. One day before the use by date.. This was mushy and bruised .. An aubergine.. 2 days before the use by date.. As wrinkled as a prune... A pack of very jaded looking courgettes..

This is not good and I am very disappointed indeed with Sainsbury's..Yes ,they did say they would refund my money for the items, but this s not the point... When I buy fresh food I expect fresh food.. Not stuff that should have been sold off cheap or thrown out.... Besides old and damaged fruit and veg has very little nutrient content.



Get your act together Sainsbury's and stop using online shoppers as a dust bin and charging us full price for the privilege too ���

As a non-driver I've tried a few local options for delivery - Sainsbury has been the best so far. However, I am very disappointed that Sainsbury is planning to drop the Fairtrade system and use their own. I will change suppliers if they pursue this because I believe the Fairtrade program protects local farmers and assures the consumer that the product is genuine.
