Sainsbury's are consistent in their service and offer a wide range of goods. The faults are lack of tills open and being forced to self serve tills. I want service!!

The store is really clean, they're using heat shields to product the products within the fridges, all the employees are all chirpy and up beat during this blistering heat, too.

Beggars are positioned each side of the entrance - staff are aware of the problem but are powerless as it is a 'civil matter'.
Stock has been reduced, there is a long wait at checkouts, and lighting has been reduced since Sainsbury's profits have slumped.
Prices are higher than many other shops - fruit seems to go off very quickly, bread is overcooked.
