It's awful service and I'm Not satisfied with the way they work !!!
Very badly

Every month I been asking when the vat free day is on , was told will be notified by text but it was sent ! . I'm trade opened up new salon so was needing alot of supplies. Had to call head office to sort it out .
now I only call swansea who are really helpful and give me a rough guide as to when the likelihood of the vat free day will be, so I can arrange(plan) a visit . And swansea actually answer the phone calls rather than leaving it ring then cut it off unlike llanelli branch. Think I will visiting the swansea store for now on . Very disappointed with the llanelli store !
