I am Sally Light, a doula, artist and reiki pratitioner situated in Carmarthenshire, I also work in Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion.

I am Sally Light, a doula situated in Carmarthenshire, I also work in Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion and co-facilitate the Positive Birth Movement groups in Pembrokeshire. I have supported families in birthing at home, in the MLU and in hospital. Every birth is special and unique and an absolutely privilege to be a part of. I will be there for you throughout your pregnancy, your birth and can offer post natal support for afterwards too.
