Kitchen plastered ready to be tiled/painted

Bathroom rip out. New tiled walls and floor. New door. Bathroom suite re plumbed and sealed. Ceiling cladded and shavers light fitted and wired.

Garage rip out. Extended and turned into a living space with small kitchen in living area, bathroom and bedroom. Windows and doors inserted, plastered and plumbing.

Before and after loft conversion with en suit bathroom

Complete loft conversion. All re joist and re boarded with insulation, plastered, new light fittings, sockets, en suit bathroom, stair case made and fitted, waste pipes installed, sky light window fitted from loft roof.

Old iron gates taken down. Treated timber gates made arched and new posts fitted, finished off with black iron hinges and handle.

Old tile floor taken up, underlay put down and replaced with a lovely solid wooden slatted floor.

Old step knocked down. Bigger raised step made.

Old kitchen floor tiles taken up, levelled off and new tiles put down and grouted.

Complete bathroom rip out. New toilet installed, basin unit and walk in shower. All tiles removed and replaced with blue marble cladding. Floor taken up and New anti slip tiles out down. Shower rail and chrome towel radiator installed.

Wall cut and knocked through, lintels and window inserted, plaster board and plastered internal.

Roof battened, felt and new tiles.
