did us a 'deal' that included a service and a new MOT.
the car flooded when ever it rained. the automatic petrol cap didn't work so had to force it open. the electrics throughout the car were failing. and worst of all had early signs of the head gasket going (which is now fucked)
upon getting it serviced they confirmed that it hadn't been serviced in years.
paid £3k for the car litterally a year ago this month and its already fucked.
when ever we have popped in to talk to someone we have been shoo'd out so not to put off the other people there they are attempting to scam.

These guys are lovely and helpful and will go all out if need be to find you the car that u want ....
these people are a waste of time, there description was one owner & like new they rang because they need a deposit of £250 stupid me paid it...got the train from manchester which was £76 one way then i had to pay the same coming back as the car was NOT as described i took photos of the car & the not so like new bit they missed out & they refused to refund my deposit the whole experience cost me £402... Jo
Alexander-Jones was very unpleasant when i asked for my deposit back ! KEEP AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE & yes they still have my deposit
I travelled from Yorkshire to Swansea and bought a lovely car from Samlet. Everyone seemed very pleasant and obliging. Had no worries until two weeks later when I had a mechanical problem which needed fixing at the cost of around £75. Despite phone calls, emails and eventually a letter with a copy of the bill I have had no response whatsoever. I would still like to think that this can be sorted out as up to then I was very happy. What a shame.
