What an amazing couple of weeks!
One of the joys of being self employed is picking my own hours. Having spent another summer holidays working long hours i decided Christmas was a work free zone!
... So I have completely indulged in quality time with these gorgeous boys... long walks, too much food, nurf gun wars and lots of fantastic family gatherings.

... Beginner's Christmas Cupcake Topper Class 11 am – 12.30 pm How to create Luxury festive cupcake toppers. Also suitable for over 8's with fully paying adult. £25 per person. Advance Booking essential.
This class is ideal for those wanting to start their journey into cake decorating. I will teach you all the skills needed to create perfect cupcake topper. Including treating, colouring and how best to work with the suparpaste and working with a variety of different sugar modelling tools. You will create your own selection of toppers to take home to adorn your own perfect bakes to share with your family during the festive period. This workshop also includes detailed workshop notes to take home.
Exclusive Christmas Cake Decorating Class 1 – 4 pm How to cover a cake and make your own festive models suitable for over 15's. £50 per person. Advance Booking essential.
This class will start with a demonstration on how to perfectly cover your cakes. I will share with you all the hints and tips I have picked up over many years of cake decorating including which tools are best for the job. After this we will move on to the model making. I will teach you how best to treat, colour and work with sugarpaste to create flawless and proportional toppers for your own Christmas cake and well as how to use other cake decorating tools such as letter cutter to get perfect decorations every time.
