We provide mindfulness courses at our centre in Cardiff as well as rooms to hire for well-being practitioners, local organisations, businesses and groups.

Samye Foundation Wales is a mindfulness and welbeing charity. We provide Mindfulness courses to the public at our centres in Cardiff and Caerphilly and give on-site courses to businesses and organisations. Our centres hosts yoga, Qi Gong & Tai Chi classes as well as counsellors and psychotherapists.
