Santander

I came in here today to pay money into my account. I realised I had left my bank card at home. The staff member initially refused to let me pay money into my own account with just my name, address details which should have been sufficient.

Luckily, I had my phone with me and I logged into the Santander app so that the staff member could see my account details. If I hadn’t have had this I wouldn’t have been able to pay money in. There was also a heated argument going on between another staff member to my right and a customer. Fortunately, I’m not based in the local area anymore and was on a brief stay in Llandudno, so I don’t have to use this branch regularly.
