Classes for pups under 6 months old at Birchgrove community centre are now fully booked. Still a few spaces left for pups under 6 months old at Mozart Drive community cnetre, and plenty of spaces left for pups aged between 7 and 18 months old in both locations.

Improvers classes - for anyone who has previously attended Puppy Training School, Back to basics for beginers or any previous improvers classes - the next set of classes will begin Saturday 24th August, 5.30pm at Birchgrove community centre. Prince fetching socks! For me and Prince, this is just a fun trick, but for some people having a dog to help then with day to day tasks can be the difference between having some sort of independence or not.

Puppy Training School! My next set of classes will begin in August - Birchgrove community centre, Swansea - Saturday 17th August, 3.30pm for pups under the age of 6 months old and 4.30pm for pups aged between 7 and 18 months old. Mozart Drive community centre, Port Talbot - Thursday 22nd August, 7pm for pups under 6 months old and 8pm for pups aged between 7 and 18 months old. Classes costs £60 for 6 weeks and lasts for around an hour at a time.... A space has just become available for a puppy under the age of 6 months old to start classes this Saturday, 3.30pm at Birchgrove Community Centre. The classes run for another 5 Saturdays, the pup would have missed week 1 of the 6 weeks but it won't take long to catch up. Please get in touch if you have a pup and would like to join.

One to one puppy training at your home! Puppies are learning all of the time, so it's never too soon to start training. Infact, the earlier you start training, the better as you are curbing any unwanted habits from the start. Everyone will have a slightly different experience with bringing a pup home,as all pups are individuals, so to help set you on the right path, one to one training at your home can help! Coming soon - trick training classes! Teaching tricks can be more than just something to show off to your friends - trick training not only helps to build a bond between owner and dog, but through fun and play you are also teaching your dog some valuable skills in the mean time. Some of you may have seen the 'put your toys away' trick which I have been teaching my dog - this trick has helped him practice 'fetch' and 'drop', which can be handy if he happens to take an object which he shouldn't have! Please comment below if you would be interested in joining a trick training class with your dog in the Neath area in the near future.
