We come here as a family often and love the place. Local, clean, friendly and good value (especially with membership). OK, it isn't an iMax, but we love it as it is. The odd trip to an iMax for big sci-fi blockbuster costs at least twice as much!

Watched Superwoman last night, great film & great venue. Seats are super comfy with loads of leg room. Staff are really friendly and helpful and we've bought ourselves some movie magic cards too. 2 for 1 on Mondays and £2.50 off the rest of the time.

Very helpful male on tills when we arrived to watch The Greatest Showman last night my niece had a voucher that she didn’t realise and a free ticket so free film for us both thanks 😁

The seats are comfy and lovely staff sound is great and hopefully locals will keep going instead of going to rhyl watched mama mia enjoyed it as much as the 1st

I take my disabled son as he loves the cinema. The wheelchair area is at the back so you don't feel you are in anyone's way or blocking the view as in other cinemas. It is accessible for us as a family, we love it, well done

I always love going to the scala. It's on my doorstep, it's comfortable and warm, there snacks are cheaper than any other cinema, and keep putting on the new releases please, then it's an A* from me x

Have my grandson home from lunton for easter,what do we do on a wet day like today ? then seen peter rabbit was on at the scala,best thing we did,we were made to feel so welcome by paula and Nicci so helpful they made our visit amazing can't wait for the grandkid's to visit in the summer the scala will be frist visit on my list, happy Nana happy Grandad more so happy kid's thank you to two lovely lady's hope to see you both soon :-) xxx

Fantastic cinema lovely staff

Excellent customer service, I was struggling to get my meerkat 2/1 code and the lady who served me was so patient and helpful waiting until I got it. Also gave me leaflets and information on passes and carers. Watched batman was great cinema seats very comfy.

Absolutely fantastic sing along The Greatest Showman- such an amazing atmosphere with every singing along a clapping at the actors performance. I apologise to anyone sitting near me as I’m not the best singer �

On a weekend away, visited Scala, helpful friendly staff, comfy seat, lovely afternoon, just one criticism, not much leg room between seats, and I’m only 5”

Nice place and slightly quaint. We visit every Easter whilst holidaying at Lyons. It's often very quiet whenever we go.

My friend and I were there last night watching the Take That live concert showing and had no complaints at all. We found the seats very comfortable and great leg room too..didn't miss having a drinks holder must add. Staff were very friendly and helpful and it was very clean and tidy..thank you

Liked the cinema but found the seat numbering difficult in poor light. Couldn't find the row numbers at all and had a confusing time being told we were sitting in someone else's seat. However we did really enjoy the film (Their Finest ) and found the seats quite comfortable with decent leg room. A drink holder would be helpful especially for children. Hope the cinema does really well as it's lovely having one in Prestatyn.

I do enjoy going to this cinema, friendly helpful staff and always clean and tidy. Shame there was only six people watching the movie though, we thought it would be a lot busier on a Friday evening. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke when we went back downstairs after the movie which is why I am scoring it four stars otherwise it would've been five.

Great but sadly not used as much as it could be. Only 7 people at the performance we attended.
