Schmoo In The City

I'm not one to leave a review but felt inclined to today.

If you Are looking for a relaxing spa day, avoid!
After experiencing park plaza and st Davids spa's you feel absolutely robbed paying to go here!
I honestly felt like I was in my local leisure centre, changing rooms are dated, the treatment room is ridiculously UNrelaxing. It is next to the pool, the jacuzzi in particular so be prepared for hearing rumbling and excited kids screaming during your massage, this is actually louder due to the treatment rooms window overlooking the pool (this has blinds).
The masseus was nice enough however we weren't asked if we would like to share a room for the massage, baring mind I may not have wanted to get changed with the person I was accompanied by and would have chosen a single room if asked.
Both masseus spoke together in the room which meant neither of us could here a word :|.

No towels or robes provided which seems the most basic of spa products, this means that you are relaxing in the 'relaxation room' in jeans and shoes (not particularly relaxing for me). The whole experience felt hectic and exactly what I was not expecting from a Hilton based spa :(.

I'll be sticking with park plaza or St Davids.
