Scs – Sofa Carpet Specialist

Well it’s safe to say that I will never use these again and I hope that before anyone does they read reviews about them (something I should of done) we have purchased a sofa with scs and were told we would have delivery the 2nd week of Dec which we were ok with. I’ve just given the store a call to check if this is still the case as we are moving into our new home today only to be told they won’t be having the sofas delivered to them until the 19th Dec and to expect delivery within a few days. I asked if there was anything they could do and was told rather rudely no.....even though we were given false information which we can see now was just so they could get a sale. I would not recommend this company at all and would suggest you spend your money else where

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE - would leave 0 stars but don't have the option to. Told us our sofas would take 4-8 weeks to arrive, but most likely 4 weeks. Called almost every week (no communication at all from their side), it has now been 11 weeks and have been told it will take another 3 weeks! Good job we love sitting on deckchairs (!)

They are so unprofessional,She placed order with them,after few days they phoned saying they haven't got a stock so they offered alternative one,again after two days they phoned saying that they haven't got alternative either.She need to move in asap,now she end up with no carpets

Found staff to be friendly, helpful, patient and respectful. Great customer service. Also helpful at a later date when I rang to check details. My thanks to the staff at the Bridgend store.

Just like the other guys says. as soon as they have a sale they stop caring.
Also nearly got robbed of our £100 deposit, after phoning customer service
gaining a phone bill and loosing 30mins of my time. its still not sorted and have
to ring back again. Really unprofessional and the lack of communication is terrible.
When you spend a lot of money you would like to know where things are and whats going on. The only reason i am giving two stars is because the delivery men were
great. They came in and asked to take out a few light bulbs and checked where it was going. they brought it in within seconds even though it was a tight squeeze. They took the packaging away and left no marks on walls or anything. They were also well mannered polite guys.
