Scs – Sofa Carpet Specialist

Added an extra sofa onto my purchase without my concent and a couple hundred pounds worth of unasked “fabric cleaner”. Big shock seeing my bill at over a thousand pound when I purchased a sofa for £400 as you can imagine. They tried making it into no big deal and said there was a “slight misunderstanding”. Slight?! I don’t think over £600 is ‘slight’ to say the least. Especially after being in the shop over an hour having a conversation about the 1 sofa in question.
Pushy staff who won’t leave you be and try selling you something every 5 minutes. Would never buy from this shop, or recommend it to anyone.

Very pushy sales, will follow you around talking to you all the time despite saying your just looking.

Had an awful day so thought I would cheer myself up with a new sofa. Was going well looking around with one of the staff members following us around etc, I can deal with that though as they are trying to get a sale. We sat on a sofa at the door to price it up and then the same sales man came at us telling us we needed to watch our child who had pushed our baby through the shop a little in his buggy (all in about 10 seconds). He was preaching on about health and safety and how they can hurt themselves. Going on as if we were incapable of watching them, in reality i think he was concerned for his products. He could have worded it so much better, never mind he lost a sale as we quickly vacated with a very upset child who was made to feel like he did something really wrong. Never visiting again or purchasing from this store.
