Bought a leather sofa costing £1000 and after just a few weeks it collapsed. Thankfully, the defect was covered by their guarantee, but disappointingly they were unable to repair for eight weeks. The helpdesk staff were incredibly rude and unsympathetic. I will never buy from this company ever again. They don't deserve my custom and they won't get it. Not recommended.
