The Sea Breeze Guest House is ideally located in the heart of Porthcawl and is managed by Harbour Lets Holiday and Residential Letting Agent. At Sea Breeze we offer clean basic accommodation that is ideal for contractors or anyone looking for accommodation on a budget. Each room is furnished and equipped with a television and freshly laundered bedding. There are two shower rooms for residents and a well equipped, brand new kitchen on its way. A washing machine is available, as is Wi Fi throughout the premises.
Seabreeze is situated on Mackworth Road which has parking for residents only but permits can be requested from the Council for a small annual fee. Parking is restricted as the property is on the doorstep of Coney Beach. However, almost opposite is Sandy Lane; at the top of which is a large car park that can be used by residents and tenants.
Mackworth Road is on the edge of the Porthcawl town centre and is close to a variety of local amenities. There is a shop a short walk away for any essential items and in the nearby high street there is a supermarket. If you wish to have a take away, again, within a short walk there are numerous Indian, Chinese and Chips Shops.
