About Seishin Karate

Welcome to Seishin Karate club, based in Llangennech, Llanelli. We are a family orientated club run for the benefit of the students.

Seishin Karate Description

Seishin Karate is a family orientated, professionally run club based in Llanelli which trains to a traditional Wado Karate Syllabus.

The club was founded in 2008 by Sensei Alan Bowen (a second dan black belt) and his partner Siân Spencer (first dan black belt).

We are a member of:
BIKO (British Institute of Karate Organisation)
WKGB (Welsh Karate Governing Body)
EKF (European Karate Federation)
WKF (World Karate Federation)

Classes are currently run in Llangennech, Tumble and Swiss Valley. We are fully insured and all instructors are DBS checked (previously CRB), qualified to level 2 and each holds a first aid certificate.

Seishin Karate is run for the benefit of the students with the aim of providing regular courses as well as fun days, organised trips and social nights out.

Our club is more than just a club, it's our extended family!
