You will never find a more dedicated, committed, passionate and respectfully humble leadership team. What they don't know about JJ (and other MA) really isn't worth knowing. They run an extremely tight ship in terms of health and safety and the club takes its safeguarding responsibility very seriously. Both Sensei Tom and Jo have strong family and community values. It is a privilege to know and train with them.

This is an amazing club run by amazing people. I have been going for two and a half years now, itŌĆÖs like my second family! Jujitsu is a great martial art, I find myself watching films and saying ŌĆ£I know that move!ŌĆØ One of the best things about it is the people there, such a great bunch, all ages, male and female no one is ever left out and you always have everyoneŌĆÖs full support with whatever you do! ItŌĆÖs also great that the adults are at one side with the kids at the other, you can always keep an eye on your little ones and watch them progressing.

This class is truly amazing.Not only do they help everyone that comes onto the mat the atmosphere is incredible, this is one big family you would love to be apart of. They give everyone the same opportunity no matter if they have a disability or are just looking to join a marshal -arts class. This class is THE MOST AMAZING CLASS EVER, i joined after my son and partner did, as they enjoyed it so much, we go as a family and look forward to it every week, the sensei's are so welcoming, helpful, supportive and really know how to get the best out of you, its fun, safe and we have learned so much all thanks to the teachers there, i highly recommend this club and the people who run it 5 ŌśåŌśåŌśåŌśåŌśå

We had to drag my oldest into his first class, he moaned he had better things to do and I was struggling at home to control his teenage hormones and bullying at school, WOW, he took to the class and everyone straight away and within weeks I could see a difference in him! He had a hobby, something he loved and enjoyed and boosted his confidence massively!! I am extremely grateful to the club for their support!!! Thank you Tom, Jo and Abbey!!! xx

Seishin Ryu is the best place to go to learn self defence. Not only are the lessons affordable but they are fun and everyone wants to be your friend and get to know you. They're a good community of people and care about your learning inside of the Dojo just as much as your well being outside of training. Healthy training environment and safety is a number one priority. Whether you come multiple times a week or a couple times a month, they always strive and never fail to make you feel welcome and guide you through training.

Definitely would recommend to any new comers AND people who have been doing martial arts for years.

My husband has always wanted to make sure our daughters are able to look after themselves if ever put in such situations and we are not about. Sensei's Tom, Jo and Abbie (and many others) welcomed the girls in from day 1. They have helped build the girls confidence, but most importantly they really enjoy the classes. We know that our girls are in safe hands learning a martial art that teaches them respect, builds confidence and most importantly the ability to defend themselves. No matter what day they attend they are always made to feel welcome and part of the Seishin Family!

My 7 year old son and 11 year old daughter have both been going to Seishin Ryu Ju Jitsu in Buckley for nearly a year now and they both love it and have learnt so much I would highly recommend it for children and adults and itŌĆÖs great value for money too.

I'm quite a newbie and came to my first class a couple of months ago with my 11 year old son as I wanted him to learn and have the confidence to protect himself. It has been brilliant. I am loving it and so is my son. Everybody you work with are so nice and everyone has respect for everyone else no matter what colour belt you are.

Exceptional knowledge and fun everytime. Wish we could go to more classes.

I have been a student since it's inception. For Ju Jitsu with an occasional twist of other martial arts this class offers all you wish for. Friendly inviting I have made numerous good friends through this club. If your interested in learning to protect yourself then I highly recommend you give this class a go. If you do decide then I look forward to meeting you on the mat.

I have been a Shotokan Karate student for over 20 years. Now and again you come across a Club that absolutely epitomises the Martial Way: Integrity. Honour. Friendship. Spirit - and good old fashioned hard training. Seishin Ryu Ju Jitsu is most definitely greater than the sum of its parts. SenseiŌĆÖs Tom, Jo, Mark and their SenpaiŌĆÖs have all of these qualities in abundance. They know what theyŌĆÖre doing. They teach traditional self defence in a serious and fun manner, but always with control and safety.

I could not recommend this club any higher. Make that step into their world and let them open your eyes to a fitter, stronger more confident you. Or even if you wish to cross-train from another discipline they will welcome you with open arms. I would travel a 100 miles to train at this club (in fact, I often do!)
