Class & Student Pad Borrow Tonight 8pm - 9pm then 2 weeks of no "Physical" classes
Based on the government advice and our risk assessment we have decided to suspend physical classes for the next two weeks so that we can avoid being a potential source of infection.
We haven't made this decision lightly as it has a huge impact on the club... however our students safety is more important at this time.
... We intend to make up for this by producing online material for our students to use on demand and live. In addition catch up sessions will be available on our return to normality. Further details of the online training will be posted soon.
Tonight we will be lending out equipment for home training and if you are one of our students and need some please do come along. Our goal is to make any period of isolation as productive as possible.
We really do appreciate the support from everyone that has made it clear that they will stick with us during these tough times... it really does make a huge difference. Thank you all, and if you cannot train tonight or collect equipment please do contact me if you have any questions.
Anna and I will be working away to get the online Self Defence Academy material available as soon as possible.

Congratulations to our FEBRUARY MEMBER OF THE MONTH Sunil Pandey 👊
Since starting Krav Maga a few months ago Sunil has thrown himself into all our classes with a truly admirable determination to learn and improve. He has already reached a really high standard of training, smashed a P1 grading, and is a fantastic training partner, always motivating and encouraging others 😊
We are very excited to see Sunil continue to develop and improve in the future! 💪

Brilliant session last night with our hardcore warrior women! 👊
It was a brilliant last session of the current 8 week course, and we are so proud of how well everyone did fighting the Predator Suit!
We look forward to seeing you in a mixed class soon 😊

Great womens session last night where we looked at Public Transport safety, otherwise known as the 'Perv Bus' session!
It's great doing these situational skills to apply the techniques that we teach to a real life scenario 👊

We looked at hammerfists and dealing with an attacker on the ground, as well as throwing in a fun combat sprint to keep you warm!
It's been great to see you all developing in confidence and skills - just three weeks left of the current course 😊

We looked at kicks and groundwork, and threw in a nice leg based combat sprint just to make things tough. You all gave 100%, but are probably feeling that today!

Brilliant session tonight with our womens class! 💪
We stayed warm with plenty of burpees and tough fitness and a new striking combination to challenge you, which you all did brilliantly at. We were particularly impressed with how quickly you all picked up choke defences too!
