It’s altruistic August! So here’s some ideas for an act of kindness each day, it doesn’t matter how small it all counts INCLUDING being kind to yourself! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This AMAZING hand made guitar is being raffled off in aid of MIND to top up the total made by Castlewood Rocks two weeks ago! It’s £20 a ticket but the guitar is worth $1800!! So why not give it a go and support a fantastic charity! ❤️❤️

As many of you will know, Mental Health issues are a big passion of mine. Some of you may have seen me in the paper when I first started Serenity that without the help of KIM-Inspire during my own struggle with anxiety, then I wouldn’t have opened up this wonderful business. Now I feel it’s time to give something back. So I’m looking at setting up a monthly clinic, hopefully with other therapists, offering a variety of different therapies on a “pay what you can afford” basis. For people struggling with mental health issues, as I feel that often these treatments aren’t accessed because of cost. As yet I don’t have a venue or start date but if anyone has any ideas or can offer a place free of charge once per month then that would be fab. PLEASE share this post to spread the word ❤️❤️❤️

Welcome to my page! I’m Babz, owner of Serenity Acupuncture and Holistics. I have worked in various salons offering Massage, Reflexology and Beauty Treatments for ten years. In 2013 I was made redundant so decided to apply to University to study a Bsc(hons) Degree in Acupuncture. I Graduated in November 2017 and opened Serenity in January 2018. I have a vast experience in the field of complementary therapies and have worked on hundreds of clients. I also have over 400 hours of clinical Acupuncture experience. I’m fully insured and a member of the FHT so you can be confident that you are safe in my hands. ❤️❤️❤️

Yesterday I had a Face the world Eastern massage and it was amazing �It felt like I floated out of the treatment room!! I have had the most amazing nights sleep Thanks Babz xx

Went for Acupuncture in my arm as I have a repetitive strain injury to my elbow and shoulder, definaltly a lot more movement in it today and less tender will be going back for more sessions, excellent professional service, made to feel welcome and relaxed, can highly recommend ��

We don't often take time out for ourselves these days, to properly relax and switch off......well we should and if you need to then I would highly recommend Serenity to help you do this! Barbara is an amazing therapist, puts you totally at ease and the treatment I had was just brilliant. The deluxe facial I had has left me feeling thoroughly chilled out and my face feels sparkly clean. All done in a super room that is cosy and calming to the senses. Can't recommend highly enough if you want to be looked after and cared for and leave feeling lighter and brighter than when you arrived :) I'll definitely be visiting again soon x

Visited for the first time today! Babz is amazing at what she does and extremely knowledgeable about all treatments. We felt so welcomed, I had reflexology along with my mum and we are both totally relaxed. We will be returning again. Thank you babz! �

Visited Serenity for the first time this morning, Babz was lovely. I have never had Acupuncture before it was so relaxing and it didn’t hurt at all, I also had some ear seeds put in to try and help my weight loss.xxxxxx

The best back, neck and shoulder massage I've had. Everything about the treatment was perfect. Nice cosy room, and the pressure was amazing! Just what I needed. Thank you for making me feel relaxed from start to finish.

Can't wait to book my next one!

It’s so hard to find somebody who puts enough pressure throughout the whole massage and I literally felt like I was in heaven! I’ve come home so relaxed & I will most certainly be booking again!

I'll be honest, til last night I thought reflexology was a load of rubbish!

I took advantage of the back massage & reflexology offer and it was beautiful! Felt like way longer than an hour; as well as the lovely back massage, the reflexology is not 'just a foot massage' but I could actually feel it working up the rest of my body. Will definitely be using Babz regularly :)

I would highly recommend serenity, firstly for their knowledge and understanding of the complementary therapies offered here. Barbara is such a kind and caring therapist, completely understanding of the patient needs. The room is beautiful and very relaxing and the heated treatment couch was such a lovely experience, particularly when it's so cold outside! Will definitely be going back soon.

I visited Serenity for the first time today and I instantly felt welcomed and comfortable. Babz is absolutely amazing and nothing is ever too much. I left feeling relaxed and happy. I couldn’t fault the holistic therapies that I received. I can’t wait to book in again! Xxx

I saw this lady at castlewood rocks in halkyn and tried a massage.i have never felt so relaxed after it. Truly worth a visit if you live close to her business .

I have just got back from having a Deluxe Facial and i can safely say it was absolutely amazing, the products were fabulous smelt and felt devine on my face, I have very sensitive skin and can definitely say no problems at all. Will be going back again as soon as I can Would Highly Recommend, and not to forget a mention to the gorgeous Babz a lovely warm and considerate lady Thank you xx

I had eyebrow threading and a hot stone massage today which were both absolutely fantastic. Babz was friendly, professional and makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable the minute you arrive. The heated treatment table was a surprise bonus and so welcome - it really adds to the whole experience. My eyebrow threading was pain free which is a rarity. The hot stone massage was amazing, cannot believe how good I felt afterwards. I will certainly be back! Thank you so much xxx

Had an amazing neck and back massage this morning! Babz was warm and welcoming and the room was clean and well presented, it was very clear that the knowledge Babz had in this area was A1!
