Pregnancy Relaxation Hour for Mamas:
A lovely hour of pure relaxation. Helping to reduce anxiety and build confidence. Information and support based on Hypnobirhting, whilst meeting other mums and feeling ready for labour and motherhood.

One to one Private classes: Classes generally consisting of 4 sessions, each lasting 2. 5 hours long. Offered to you in the comfort of your own home at a time to suit you. (Alternatively if you prefer a different venue this can be arranged). You will benefit from individual attention in a relaxed, fun, personalised teaching style, to meet any specific needs or concerns you have.

Full Hypnobirthing Group course for couples, consisting of 4-8 couples, depending on venue size /location. Around 2. 5 hours for 4 consecutive weeks.
