Severn Arms Hotel

Had Sunday lunch great service was good we will be stopping again for food next time we are going past

Twenty anglers from near Stafford spent 3 days at the Severn Arms Hotel, October 13th, 14th and 15th October (2017) and a great time was had by all. The rooms were good, as was the beer and the food, we were well looked after by George, Carol and son Cole. Special thanks to Shaun the Chef for some really lovely food, how he coped with 20 of us all at the same time I just don't know. We will be back! Oh! nearly forgot, the fishing in the Ithon was very good.

I visited here on Saturday evening, got a little confused with parking but I managed to get a space. The staff are extremely friendly and checked my food was okay. The food was really tasty and the garlic bread tasted incredible. If you want to check the menu, it is completely different in the pub than online so be wary of that. Good value for money for a little quaint pub!

Food was average, kitchen got the order wrong twice.

Stopped in pub for a quick drink and food. The girls serving were really cheerful and helpful. This was the only good part, otherwise I'd have given this place 1 star
My food arrived within 2 minutes and the plate was so hot I'm sure the whole dinner had just been microwaved. The food was like bad school dinners, something from the 70s.
It was swamped in gravy, sloppy mash potato and horrible veg sausages. I decided to have a pudding to get rid of the taste. That was a bad idea. I had some "out of the packet" apple pie, that also had been microwaved.. The food was expensive and horrible. Apologies to the friendly waitresses.
