Shaplaz would like to apologise to all customers that experienced delays & late delivery on Saturday 16th July'16.
A few things had adversely affected our service this particular evening: (i) firstly we were a lot busier than a normal Saturday ; it can be difficult to predict how busy a night can be in Carmarthen with holidaymaker's & tourists ; we try to plan as best we can in terms of the number of staff & drivers we have on duty.
... (ii) we experienced some technical difficulties with our order processing unit which slowed things down a bit
(iii) our normal driver who has good local knowledge wasn't able to work this particular evening due to a family engagement and therefore we had to draft in a replacement who was unfamiliar with the local area.
Once again please accept our wholehearted apologies & we hope to provide a better service should you wish to try us again. Diolch yn fawr.
