Sherpa Kids Cymru is a franchised Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) business and will be working on a child-carer ratio of 15: 1 in Wales, compared to the standard UK ratio of 30: 1. Our aim is to deliver a ‘fresh and vibrant' approach to childcare – and most importantly it's our mission is to "give children such a great time that they simply do not want to go home! ". Our aim is to establish quality onsite OSHC programmes in Welsh schools and communities. Our programmes are structured, fun, safe and educational. Our services recognise and cater to the varying needs of different communities with a strong emphasis on Welsh heritage and culture.
