Master Clifton Brown 7th Degree Black Belt former Chief Instructor and founder of the Welsh Contact Karate Association (WCKA) and Master Dave Wing 6th Degree Black Belt former Assistant Chief Instructor to Master Brown have designed a new advanced syllabus superior to the one once used and still used by the WCKA.

• The syllabus is designed to get the best from you and take you to a level others will be envious off.

Budo is a Japanese term. Literally translated it means the "Martial Way", and may be thought of as the "Way of War", but bu is more accurately translated as “to stop violence, ” or perhaps “to bring about peace. ” Budo refers to those martial disciplines whose ultimate goal is spiritual, ethical and /or moral self-improvement, it has been developed and refined into a discipline of austere training which promotes etiquette, skilful technique, physical strength, and the unity of mind and body. .

The different programs we offer are:

1. Black Belt Program
2. Instructor Program: If you’ve ever thought of becoming an instructor this is the training program for you, we will get you ready to achieve your goal. Once there you will receive full 24 /7 support.
3. Fight Program - This will take your competitive fighting to the next level
4. Advanced Elite Program: We will not take anyone in this program all applicants will be vetted.
5. Private one on one training is available on all programs.
