Chas and his team from shoreline made moving a stress free easy experience. The guys were helpful, patient and even coped with me and my mother changing our minds about where things should go! They went above and beyond to help us at the new house and we felt very comfortable with them around!

Shoreline removals did the packing in behalf of another company that I booked for my move to Singapore. The packing was great and I was very happy with their packing service. When I decided to ship more items this time to Spain, I contacted them to see if they could deliver the full service: packing and also delivering to Spain. They were very keen to do the full service and I went with them. Little that I knew....it has been a nightmare dealing with Shoreline Removals. I was told that the items will arrive in 2 weeks to Spain and it has taken 6 weeks. During these 6 weeks, I have been the one chasing for updates. They kept on postponing the delivery date, even though they confirm it and assured me in 3 different occasions that the good were arriving at certain date and time. I understand things may happen which delay the process but only ince in six weeks I received an update from them ( by email not even a phone call). It has always been me chasing them for updates that kept on changing constantly. This company is great for packing but for full delivery service go with a professional company. They dont have the expertise neither the resources to successfully deliver the service that they sell.

Shoreline Removals helped us move a few weeks back and stepped in at late notice when things were going wrong. They managed to pull it out of the bag and turn a really bad experience around.

They were helpful, polite, hardworking and above all absolute professionals who took immense care of our personal possessions.

They offered a full packing service with disassemble and reassemble of all furniture items, some of which were better once they'd been reassembled than they were before!

They were extremely careful not to cause any damage to either the property we were leaving or the one we were moving into.

I recommend Shoreline Removals to anybody who is on the look out for a professional company to either help them move home or to help them move anything from A to B safely.
