By popular request I have started planning a Lightroom editing basics workshop. Those wanting to attend will need a laptop with Lightroom installed.

This cute little pooch came in for a photoshoot last month 😁

We used Katrina in Nov 2015 for our little girls new born shoot, and so there was no question about using her to document her 1st birthday also! We had a cake smash shoot and Katrina was kind enough to do some Christmas shots for us as well.



Nothing is too much trouble for Katrina, whatever you want she'll try and accommodate, as well as making suggestions and trying things herself. She was an absolute saint with our little one, who decided that (contrary to normal) she did not want cake or to play with her food and had an epic meltdown!! Despite Seren making it incredibly difficult, Katrina still got plenty of brilliant and beautiful pictures!!



I can't recommend Katrina enough for children's shoots - she is brilliant with them, friendly, patient and professional. I look forward to using Shutter Hire again in the future!

Today I had photos taken of my little girl. I would highly recommend, as very professional & just lovely!

The pictures are stunning. Definitely 5* ...very patient, and a very relaxed environment to be in! Especially when the baby was upset, she done wonderful with settling her backndown, xx

Katrina was so patient with our 7 day old little miss. Ensuring she was fed, burped and warm enough the whole time! She didn't bat an eyelid when Phoebe weed all over her jeans and pooed in her hands. She spent ages perfecting each pose and then going back and redoing it when Phoebe moved. The edited photos are absolutely amazing and we are so pleased with them. Couldn't recommend her enough and we will definitely be going back as our little girl grows up. Thank you so so much!

Katrina was so calm, friendly and patient with my two week old little girl. The whole experience was very enjoyable and stress-free, and the photos absolutely stunning. Thanks for capturing such amazing shots- so precious. We're thrilled. I'll definitely be recommending Katrina to everyone!

Katrina was amazing with my two grandsons, 10 day old baby and a 16mth old toddler! Not an easy job to keep a toddler entertained and looking at the camera, but Katrina managed it with ease. She was gentle with the baby and obviously has a natural way with children. The photos are exceptional. I will definitely go back to Katrina for other family photos. x

Couldn't be happier with the pictures Katrina took of my little boy! She was so patient with him and tried everything possible to get a smile/giggle out of him! She has such a passion and talent for photography and will definitely be back again. X

Absolutely loved having my newborn sons photos taken by Katrina! She has the patience of a saint, he cried all the way through but you would never have thought it by looking at the pics! Amazing! Can't wait for more!xx

I saw an offer on Groupon for a newborn shoot which I thought was great as the studio was near myself. So I paid the money and booked the appointment. Well what a waste of my time! The shoot was in November and to this day I've still not had had my 'free' print. On the offer it says the 'free' print is photographers choice. When she told me the pictures were ready to view I was quite disappointed.

My daughter was only 10 days old so her umbilical cord was still attached and it was clearly visible in some of the pictures.

There was only one picture we really liked but because that wasn't the first picture that was taken (the photographers choice) we couldn't have it, unless I paid extra. When I messaged her and questioned it and said I felt it was a bit of a con considering we only like one picture and the offer was one free. She then went on to say she doesn't get any of the money from Groupon, which I don't believe for one minute or why else would companies use Groupon?!

So even though I wasn't I fan of the print that she HAD to choose, I still want it, out of principle, or I might as well have just put my money in the bin!

I had a shoot last week with pixifoto and couldn't fault them, they let you pick your free print and then ended spending £200 because there were so many I liked!

The one positive I will give her is she was very patient with my daughter and has a very good way with babies.
