Yoga can help everyone - physically, mentally, spiritually. For over a decade I have been welcoming people into my weekly classes around Chepstow to help improve their overall well-being. Private sessions for individuals and groups are also available.

Sian Rule Yoga Description

I take One to One sessions, sessions at parties, fetes and other events and several classes in and around Chepstow for all abilities and ages, men and women.
Yoga can help us improve our sense of awareness of living in our own body; how it feels, what it needs. We move towards a better understanding of who we are outwardly and inwardly whilst also enjoying the postures and exercises that increase our strength, flexibility, our experience in our body. We release tensions and tightness, and bring in a sense of ease of movement and balance.
I provide modifications to suit those who want to work gently and those who prefer to have a stronger physical practice. I encourage everyone to work at their own abiIity and to not to compare themselves with the person next to them. I include breathing practices and short, guided meditations to encourage the mind to be quieter and focus on one thing at a time - research has shown that mutli-tasking is not good for us.
For those who wish to be challenged physically, we tackle arm balances and inversions especially in my second Friday class. I bring yoga philosophy into classes to help bring a sense of tradition, perspective and direction to help deal with the demands of modern life.
