I work in a registered, recently inspected ( score on the door 5) and insured premises making cakes using high quality ingredients at affordable prices.

After retiring from a full time job as a Primary School Teacher for nearly 30 years I decided to pursue an interest I have always had in cake making.
I attended cake decorating courses (and still do) at Swansea Sugarcraft and the skills I learn there are reproduced in my cakes.
As my confidence and ability grew and the orders increased I decided to register as a small business with Swansea City Council.

No order is too small and all my cakes are made from high quality ingredients, baked at home.
