Great staff. My second day and im loving it. Done 2 classes and they were great.

Friendly and fab place to work out. Never waiting around for machines. It's clean and has a wide variety of machine that's suits all. The classes are awesome. Staff are extremely helpful and are at hand to offer advice.

Friendly and calm atmosphere. Enjoyable gym with plenty of choice and classes. Staff are approachable and pleasant. Well recommend

Fab synergy class yesterday at 10.30. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely new gym and equipment. Good price too. Helen Williams gorseinon

Classes are the best thing for me personally, always different and mixed up with great music! 6am alarm is killer but feel great after doing class. Gym is always spotless and kept tidy. All equipment works and can usually get on anything you want when you want.

Been a member over a year. This year I have started as I mean to go on as I never made time last year. Trying out the different classes. Aiming to do early mornings from Feb. Excellent place

An awesome gym, try the classes, they are fantastic. well worth a few PT sessions as well,that will sort your diet out and check how your doing every week, your not alone and never feel out of place, always welcomed by staff and members �

Amazing gym, staff always go above and beyond to help! Been a member of quite a few in the past and have to say won't be leaving Simply gorseinon, always made to feel welcome. Classes are excellent and challenging and weight area and cardio equipment is fab ����

Amazing gym, amazing equipment, amazing staff! Wouldn't go anywhere else now. The classes are a must.

A great fitness centre, loads of cardiovascular equipment and the free weights area is quite well equipped, good range of resistance machines, can get busy at times but there is plenty of variety, staff are friendly and approachable
