Pleasure to deal with to make a sales but after sales with this franchise is absolutely appalling. Ignore calls, emails. Don't deal with them!

I visited Sinclair Mercedes in Swansea and Bridgend recently looking to buy a used C Class Estate. Sales staff at both sites promised to contact us if a suitable car became available. Despite leaving contact details at both sites and seeing cars I would have been interested in being advertised, neither of the sites staff bothered to follow up our enquiries. I find this very disappointing and not what I would expect from a large main dealer group.

Good place to buy new or secondhand quality cars, with good after sales service.

Bought my 2nd A Class due to the friendly staff. Will be back to upgrade my partner's Smart car soon

Can't really fault them we are an independent German car specialist (R-TEC) based in gorseinon and we always use genuine parts and have never had an issue and John in the parts department is awesome thanks
