Last Wednesday my son was driving our Skoda Fabia 1.2 on a 200 miles journey for an overnight stay with his friend at Swansea University. The car broke down twice on the M4 but but he eventually arrived that evening. The next day at lunchtime I spoke to Simeon in service and explained the situation. He kindly said he could organise for the Skoda to be diagnosed if the car was presented that afternoon. At 16.30 on Thursday the fault was diagnosed as a faulty coil pack on cylinder 1; the repair was performed on Friday at 10.30. Fantastic service, top quality customer care, I could not ask for more. Excellent experience.

Went for a test drive in a Skoda Kodiak great car very impressive which is more than can be said for the sales rep who came with us. Considering we are seriously considering a Kodiak the attitude of the sales chap was very apathetic, it seemed that we had disturbed his day despite having pre booked the test drive. Were we considering other options then we would not use this garage again but sadly they are the only Skoda dealership within relative close proximty

The service was very professional but also relaxed and I got exactly what I wanted. I initially just wanted to get some calculations done on finance arrangements so that I would be able to know whether it was affordable for me. They based this on a used car they had at the time, and there was no further pressure from the salesman (Andrew) to get me to commit, but when I said I was tempted as the deal was so good, he was more then happy for me to test drive, to help me decide if it was right for me. I decided it was, and then he was prepared to wait behind after closing time to make sure that I wasn't going to miss out on this great deal. The finance department was also excellent. In addition, the cars on sale are very, very good. Why pay more for a VW?
