Had a small issue with our hired California campervan (from elsewhere) & the staff were more than happy to try and figure out how to resolve it. V friendly.

I'm the company owner and would like to point out that some of the more negative reviews are not customers of ours and I can only assume they dealt with a company of a similar Name

Poor service, would not sort out obvious paint defect that should be under warranty, loads of chasing and heard nothing back.Turns out there is a protective strip that is missing on mine.

Don''t try to claim on paintwork warranty. They took 2 months just to input the claim of the VW computer and I'm still waiting. I was told after a month that the claim would be inputted within days. The same answer was given after two months
