Having bought a used passat from Volkswagen Bridgend last October I was very pleased with the service received from Nick (sales executive). He ensured that throughout the process, any questions or concerns we had were addressed in a professional yet friendly manner. Shortly after purchasing the car a fault occurred (air bag warning light). Having contacted Bridgend I spoke with Nick who immediately arranged for the car to be checked and the fault remedied, he also ensured I was provided with a courtesy car. Recently several warning lights came up on the dashboard. As I was near to Bridgend I drove to the branch ( 11am on a Saturday morning). At reception I explained the problem and was advised that someone from the service department would be with me shortly. Phil (Service manager) diagnosed the problem and arranged for the matter to be resolved. Whilst this was being done Wendy arranged a date for the part to be changed and again provided us with a courtesy car. Nothing was too much trouble for these people who really know all about customer relations. Thanks again to Nick, Phil and Wendy.

Really friendly staff a great help

Always willing to help .good aftersales to custumers.

My mother-in-law (who's not savvy with cars) rung Sinclair with a simple enquiry as to what the labour rate was to have her golf looked at with a warning light on the dash. The lady that answered didn't even know this simple information. Surely knowing the company labour rate to look at a car for an hour is simple stuff.

They do not return customer calls when promising to do so which I found annoying when recently trying to get my car fixed.

From start to end Saddir had made the journey for me purchasing a car completely hassle free! he did anything that I had requested and had made every effort to make sure that whatever questions I had were fulfilled to the best of abilities!

My collection day from the moment I left my door was an absolute dream all due to Sadder, he offered to collect me from my home to his place of work and even made sure that the car had its final extra touches before the hand over!
