As car dealership's go, this is one of the better ones. Always clean, always welcoming, comfortable seating area and drinkable coffee.

After a lot of hassle and making complaints the garage fixed the issue they had caused.

This is a main dealership with a difference. It's all the.trimmings free coffee and tea. Great pieces of eye candy for both sexes, efficient service. All designed to relieve you of a lot of money. However the difference is the staff are.down to earth, approachable and believe me or not just plain straightforward and honest..... no BS whatsoever

Twice I have rang Sinclair for someone to ring me back - both calls took Sinclair at least four hours - five hours to ring me back. Is this fair, professional, customer focus? Someone said to me 2 weeks ago, well they have your money (bought car) now so you do not matter to Sinclair. Has anyone else found this ?

If you want a vw (why would you not) don't go anywhere else the staff are brilliant and reception you receive is top notch
