Well here's one for you! I have a Land Rover Defender - recent model which I love - because I like quirky things - however so pleased the 'day' car is Yeti and a Fabia. Just spent the morning in a Land Rover franchised dealer not too far from you being entertained by a succession of owners of expensive vehicles in the 'Range' none of whom had a good story to tell. Not the fault of the girls in service reception but they could learn so so much from Skoda about the concept of 'customer service'!

Recently bought a Citigo as a run around. The last 1000cc car I'd driven was a Morris 1000. What a lively little creature the Citigo is . Spacious cab and returning 54 mpg on mixed motoring. Very pleased with the purchase and highly recommend Sinclair Skoda. Thanks in particular to Leon Jenkins.

A classy car without paying a fortune. I have just bought a Skoda Fabia SE DSG car. It has everything I need and more. That is the best thing about Skoda cars not only do you feel safe driving them, they give more for the money than most cars on the market.

I bought a lovely 2015 Skoda Fabia from here at the weekend. The sales man Ryan Smith was very helpful throughout the process, giving me updates and available for questions.



I had the AA do a comprehensive check the day before I came to pick up the car and they found a couple of minor things. Not getting a call back from the post sales manager and having to chase this being sorted out was frustrating, however I was really satisfied with the way this was handled once I got to speak to someone about it. The couple of minor things that were picked up were sorted out and the work done in the morning so I was only delayed very slightly in picking up my car, which made it all worth it. Ultimately, Skoda did an excellent job ensuring that I was happy by the end of the process and Ryan did a great job at handover, ensuring I could get away as soon as possible on the day and showing me all of the key features of the car after a final test drive.



I’m absolutely loving the car, it’s such a smooth drive and what great value - Thanks!

Have been trying to book a 3 day test drive in the Octavia estate but been getting nowhere fast. Your salesman Adam has emailed me to offer help, when I explained I have just had throat surgery and couldn't converse over the phone to arrange it I seem to have been ignored? I do hope its not the fact that I am a motability customer that has prompted su h shoddy customer service? I was looking forward to ordering my next car through yourselves but am not so sure now?

Just had the weirdest customer service at skoda Swansea. Took my car in as it was making a clunking noise when steering (not the technical term, I'm sure). It got fixed quickly today and under warranty so great. But when I got there to pick it up, no one at reception, so spoke quickly to service reception who informed us she was dealing with another customer (fair enough). After 20min of waiting and other customer gone, still no one to come and see us. So then spoke to a random sales customer to say "has she forgotten us". Excuse was that she was searching for the key (whilst busy talking and laughing with other staff members). Sit down she tells me that recalls have been done before they were meant to (so....). But how was the car fixed... Haven't got a clue, she quickly told us something about suspension barring?! Asked her another time to explain but still baffled! No paperwork to explain what was done either! My dad (Tony Harries) and myself has been to Volkswagen gorseinon Swansea there for years with impeccable customer service, what the hell went wrong?

Without doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a car dealer. First I tried to book a 3 day test drive only to be ignored, then I just booked a standard test drive giving 3 weeks notice, a day before the test drive I received an email from them to advise they didn't have a car available! No cars available how poor is that! The sales guy Adam didn't seem to care one bit about helping me out even when I replied to his email to say I could do later in the week! Had to go 40 miles away to White Dove in Cardiff who bent over backwards to help me out and couldn't do enough for me.

Wanted my Fabia to be looked at because the "engine warning light" has suddenly appeared and has stayed on. Phoned at 9.45am and was told I will get a return phone call, no reply so I phoned again at 11.00am and again i was told I would get a return phone call.......... still no reply so I have had to go elsewhere - VERY POOR CUSTOMER RELATION Sinclair Skoda !

Visited here yesterday all excited to pick up our new car that we had put a deposit on. When we arrived we spent 10 minutes outside looking at the car in the gleaming sun shine completed GUTTED to find skoda had ruined the car with their heavy handed valeters. Swirl marks left all up the side of the drivers side/ scuff marks on the back lights/ plastic of the car which wasn't there before. We went inside as we had an appointment with adam evans who was a nice guy but a complete rubbish sales man� Totally unhelpful when we said about the side of the car he wasn't interested and kept saying are we not gonna seal the deal? He wasn't interested. My husband stated he was unhappy with the swirl marks left in the paint from the valeters. Adam stated they would re-wash it but that wouldn't get the marks out. The car needed detailing which skoda would not do � he kept saying they wouldn't put any more money in to car as they are not making anything on the car. He made us feel we wasn't spending enough money etc... despite adam telling us he wouldn't be happy for us to test drive the car as we wasn't completing the deal we did test drive the car and fell in love with the car but all he kept telling us was we can have our deposit back. We wanted the car not our deposit back� we left with our deposit back totally frusted and gutted after travelling down from ebbwvale to collect the car. I would not recommend this garage at all..

Utterly disgraceful. Had to wait four months for a replacement dash after it failed only three days after I bought the car. Brought the car in at 8.30am as requested only to still be waiting at 10.30am for a job I was told would take an hour. I drove home only to find they had disabled my radio. I phoned and was asked to come back for it to be repaired- yet another long wait as they then had to take the radio out. Absolutely ridiculous lack of organisation and customer service - if you're thinking of dealing with this place DON'T. I wish I had never bought a skoda. Worry free driving? I think not. God only knows what else will go wrong with it next and how poorly that will be dealt with by Sinclair. I think I'd rather go miles out of my way and deal with another garage. AVOID!
