Thank you for the wonderful hard working people who run this hospital. Ward 12 has an especially lovely team of staff.

Brilliant staff here, parking is a nightmare and in previous years it has been a lot worse due to university students parking here.

I had a Emergency operation at Morriston hospital 3 weeks ago then 3 days later was transferred here to ward 20 for about 2 weeks and I could never ever thank every single nurse that tended to me enough for all thier care and how well they looked after me. These nurses are top notch at thier job and couldn't do enough for me. I am eternally greatful to each and every one of them. Keep up the great job ur doing 2 all of WARD 20 nurses. THANX

My first experience of this hospital was the worst example of lack of care and passion for what they do on ward 19, my girlfriend was 30weeks pregnant and got rushed in, immediately we had a midwife with was very abrupt and seemed like she didn't care or Evan want to be there, my girlfriend was in a lot of pain and very adgitated and I then told the midwife about her pain and told her to just keep still! I was mortified! Then we saw a doctor after 5 hours of waiting and to be fair the doctor was lovely and she said she would give her IV paracetamol within the next half hour this was around 7-8pm, 12am later my girlfriends mother called the ward and asked why still haven't she had anything to help with the pain, and the midwife was very cocky on the phone and hung up, then as soon as we got off the phone she goes straight to my girlfriend and said to her 'don't have to get your mother to call to us to get you pain killers' and walked away and still had no pain killers Evan though the doctor said she would get the midwife to sort it out, then on a notice on the door to the ward it started that partner are able to stay over night with there partners and I was asked to leave the ward Evan though she was having contractions and didn't feel safe due to the way we was being treated, I then had to sleep in the corridor of the hospital by the lifts Evan tho there was other men sleeping with there partners on the same ward I felt Unvalued and miss treated as did my girlfriend, next morning I was told by many patients that they Hurd the midwifes talking in the night and was calling me "scruffy", "tramp" and all sorts while laughing with each other, I couldn't believe it very unprofessional, worst experience we have ever had would never recommend this hospital to anyone!!!!
