Slice Pizza - Roath (Cardiff)

Very unprofessional service as I ordered pizza from this place for first time and waited for hours an half, had the phone put down on me 5 times, once I got through I was advised to cancel my order
I couldn't believe the cheek of that.
I strongly recommend not order any this food from this place!
As they have no customer service skills and have no respect for Customers!

There was a spider in my pizza box.
It was small about 2.5 cm but it looked unusual.
Insects are getting into their boxes, that cannot be hygienic.
I threw out the rest of the food when I saw it.

Charged me for 8 brownies, sent 2 tiny ones then claimed they should have been cut into 4 which would have left us with chocolate button sized things. Not the first time, alnost always 'forget' part of my order

Loved the Pizza.. best ive had in a long time.. nothing fried.. clean tidy shop.. gud price.. great service

Confusing 'lunch box' deal. Seemed as though it was available all day but actually wasn't. Decent pizza but not in the same league as other pizza chains around City Road.
