Lovely afternoon for my daughter's 18th today! Thanks so much. Loved the food, the staff were excellent and the restaurant was lovely. The complimentary prosecco and balloons were a lovely gesture. Definitely be back x

Loved our cocktail making experience! Liam is a great bartender, he knows how to shake a cocktail or two ���

Had some lovely cocktails, it was busy but the bar staff were polite, and handled it all very well. Food was also delicious! Will be returning for more very soon

Booked a table for 15 people for my girlfriends birthday. Received great service, drinks were served quickly and the team couldn’t do enough for us whilst we were there. Would definitely return again.

Been here a few times! We booked a table for one of the Rugby match’s and it was really good! Lovely food and cocktails. Food is always fresh and the staff are always happy to help!

Although they seemed understaffed, the service was fantastic and quick. The staff having to deal with multiple cocktail orders still seemed upbeat and happy. Great service!

Very disappointed there wasn't a gluten free menu for my daughter to look at. I would be grateful for an explanation?? Having said that the chef was happy to confirm what food was gluten free and the food we had was delicious. Just interested to know what the reasoning is behind the decision not to have a GF menu as I'm sure there used to be one?

Saturday, myself & daughter had a meal which was disgusting ...Not impressed with the poor service, the seats & table outside was dirty even the bar was soaking with all beer tipped ...deffo won’t be visiting again �

"Buy one get on free on cocktails"....as long as they're the same one! That's just stupid! If the two cocktails are the same price then what's the problem with being able to mix them?

We booked after having an amazing meal at the Manchester branch. This however was awful. The nachos were soggy, they did not have the ingredients for a woo woo and by the time our dinners were bought out they were cold. The burger roll was soggy and the sausage and mash had been left that long that even the parsley on top was soft and wilting and had melted in with the peas

Waited over 20 minutes to be served for drinks and food just to be told everyone needed to spread out more across the bar to get served. Food was shocking!! One small piece of chicken and hardly any bacon in the ciabatta roll. Original food choice wasn't available along with many other items. Reservation was incorrect! Given a table for 2 even tho we had email to prove we had booked for 4 and then we were told we had to leave an hour and half after we sat down because they needed the table for another reservation! The attitude of the staff was appalling!

Waited 40 minutes to be served , limited food to be told would take over 1 1/2 hours , no Diet Coke and get served a glass of orange and lemonade only 3/4 full when I complained I was told it was bcuz I didn't have ice and would have to pay an extra 20p to fill it up �at £2.40 already !!!! I don't think so. We left and went else where !!!!

Took 45 minutes to get served for a drink due to only having one que for food and drinks. Also it was 2 for 1 on cocktails, which is fair enough but maybe have a bar que for cocktails and one for food and standard drinks, so people don't have to wait for the masses of cocktails to be made when all they want is a pint. Plus an hour and a half wait for food is unacceptable.

Slow bar service, served one person food from a pre-booked table of eleven after an hour and the rest of us walked out after ninety minutes. They had no intention of serving us food in the end as they gave up. Absolute disgrace.

Shocking service. Not even a busy night and waited by the bar for 20mins to be served. Bar staff very inexperienced and unaware of waiting customers. Bar insufficiently stocked to allow the only 2 bar staff to make complicated cocktails, so they kept leaving the bar for one ingredient at a time. Terrible service.

Poor service when the food finally arrived chips mash potato and peas were luke warm , although pie and fish were hot and tasty. Think twice before going again.

If u could give zero I would....Pre booked a table for my daughters 16th birthday...place was freezing,food took over 45 mins to come and then it was cold and half of the orders were wrong (only 4 other people in the restaurant!) Bar staff were very rude....avoid at all costs!

Friday evening and a major event on at the Principality Stadium but only 3 people behind the bar to serve the many many customers. When eventually served my pina colada was just milk with a tiny dash of Malibu. Our cherry st. Clements had no cherry garnish. Our food was pitiful but edible. We shall not be returning.

Disgusted by what I walked into tonight, came in for a family dinner after a funeral earlier today and the place was dirty and the staff was so rude.



Every table was dirty and had not been cleaned and when we asked a member of staff if we could get a table cleared he said “I’m too busy to clean tables”



Always thought highly of the company but the last few times I’ve come to a slug and lettuce it’s not been a nice experience and this has just topped it off.
