We shall have a honey stall at Rhosneigr Market this Saturday from 10-2. Anglesey Honey, Abergwyngregyn Honey and Heather Honey, all from our own hives.
We had to make a rainproof honey stall today at the Conwy Honey Fair! Still loads of customers and we have sold out of Abergwyngregyn. We still have stocks of Anglesey and Heather honey which are both delicious.
Heather honey is the 'champagne' of honeys. It is dark in colour, has a distinctive floral aroma and has an intense and long lasting taste. It is perfect with Greek yoghurt! We located our hives amongst Anglesey heather & have enjoyed managing the process & obtaining the honey. The extraction process is difficult but it's worth it! Available at the Conwy Honey Fair on 13th September or message for more details. A true local product😊
This is the first of our Anglesey Heather Honey running out of the press.
