SMART Massage offers a friendly, therapeutic massage service using both Relaxation and Sports Massage /Deep Tissue techniques. What ever has caused your muscles to become tight, a mixture of both techniques not only loosens the muscles /joints but also provides some 'you' time to relax away from everyday life.

Muscles often get tight from stress and tension in our lives, bad posture, overusing them doing simple things like gardening, using a computer, lifting heavy items, picking up & carrying children and sports related injuries. A Treatment includes an assessment of your posture to see if /where there are any imbalances that need correcting. What massage techniques will work best and then a comprehensive treatment session.
